Payment Terms
- •A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your training.
- •The remaining course fees must be paid no later than 7 days before the scheduled training date.
- •Failure to make payment by the due date may result in your booking being cancelled and your position offered to another participant.
Cancellation Policy
More than 14 days before the course start date
- •Your 10% deposit is forfeited.
- •Any remaining unpaid course fees will be waived.
- •You may request to transfer your booking to another training date or another participant, subject to approval and availability.
8-14 days before the course start date
- •Your 10% deposit is forfeited.
- •Any remaining unpaid course fees will be waived.
- •You may request to transfer your booking to another training date or another participant, subject to approval and availability.
Within 7 days of the course start date
- •No refund is available.
- •The full course fee remains payable, regardless of attendance.
- •You may request to transfer your booking to another training date or another participant, subject to approval and availability.
Transfer of Bookings
Northbound Commercial Training may, at its discretion, approve a request to transfer a booking to another training date or substitute participant. Transfer requests:
- •Must be submitted in writing before the scheduled course.
- •Are subject to availability.
- •May incur an administration fee where applicable.
Approval of a transfer request is not guaranteed.
Exceptional Circumstances
Requests for cancellation or transfer due to exceptional circumstances (such as serious illness or emergency) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
